Quality Workmanship with Design Focus

Major excavation beneath existing home to create new story including stairs, bedroom, laundry, bathroom, storeroom and lounge room.  

Footprint had to design solutions to overcome many challenges on this build such as cantilevering the balcony due to the steep slope of the block and installing a Solar Span ceiling due to the deck above.  No architect employed.
