WILMINGTON STREET

Excavated and built in underneath this Queenslander on a very steep block.  Built two bedrooms, laundry, bathroom and lounge room underneath and installed new windows and kitchen on the first floor.  


Demolished and rebuilt the top deck along with new Solar Span roof and built a new lower deck, both of Australian recycled hardwood.  No architect employed.
